We are a shokupan (Japanese milk loaf) focused bakery, drawn to its beautiful simplicity and comforting texture. Rooted in Japanese craftsmanship, each loaf is made with care, precision, and consistency, delivering the soft, pillowy quality you can always rely on. Alongside our signature milk bread, we explore seasonal, rotating flavors that reflect our creativity while staying true to comfort and quality.
