Sichuan Chilli Beef & Coriander Pretzel Bun

With my love for Sichuan food lately, I decided to tuck my favourite dish, 四川剁椒牛肉, into a bun. Juicy beef, punchy chopped chilli, and coriander come together for a savoury, spicy bite! Ft. Yuhan for this idea :)
